Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
You can implement a game of any structure if it is based on classic mechanics:
— Game board: upload your own custom board of any complexity.
— Cards and MAC: create an unlimited number of decks, including metaphorical associative cards (MAC), resource, or expert decks. Whether it’s a deep transformational game or a light entertainment quiz for a team, the platform’s toolkit adapts to your needs.
Tip: To personally see the functionality in action and test the mechanics, you can use the free DEMO game directly in your personal account.
— 🗺️ Game board: Only one image can be uploaded (PNG/JPG format). Maximum file size — 20 MB.
— 🃏 Cards (Decks): Maximum size for each individual card file (PNG/JPG/GIF format) — 5 MB.
— ⚖️ Total volume: The total volume of all uploaded materials for one game must not exceed 200 MB.
For authors (game owners):
Materials: Prepare images of the game board and cards in PNG or JPG formats.
Copyright: You must hold all copyrights for the content you upload to the platform.
Registration and application: Register on the site and submit an application to create a game. This is free and usually takes up to 5 business days.
Activation: After you accept the finished game in your account, choose and pay for a subscription for the desired period to start hosting games.
For hosts:
Game permission: To host a game online, you must have the appropriate permission or license from its Author.
Rights verification: If you are not yet a certified or authorized host of a specific game, we strongly advise you to register and apply for hosting rights from the author first.
Access payment: We recommend paying for platform access only after your hosting rights are confirmed.
— For authors (own games): Within one subscription, you can host up to 3 of your own game projects on the platform. This is a limit specifically for creating and supporting your original developments.
— For hosts: By paying for a subscription, you get access to all games that technically exist on the platform, provided their authors have given you personal permission (license) to host them.
Important for authors who are also hosts: If you are an author and simultaneously host games from other developers, the limit of 3 games does not apply to them. You have access to all the games on the platform for which you have received permission from other authors, on the same terms as regular hosts (in addition to your own 3 games).
Since the game interface and the game board require a certain amount of space for comfortable management of elements (tokens, cards), hosting the game from a smartphone is not recommended. Tablets and computers provide the necessary screen size for the host’s full performance.
This ensures full transparency and a surprise effect for all participants.
In your personal account, you can configure permissions: whether a participant can independently move all elements during their turn, at any moment of the game, or if this right remains only with the host.
These settings can be adjusted individually for each game session.
The maximum number of players who can be in the game room simultaneously is 16 people.
Then, the host personally confirms each participant’s entry into the game. This helps avoid unauthorized access if someone accidentally shared the link with another person.
🎲 Dice: you can configure their number and choose the number of faces (from 6 to 20).
⏱ Timer: allows you to adjust the duration of time for which it is set.
🔍 Magnifier: an indispensable tool if there are small elements on the board. It helps to “zoom in” on text or images for convenient reading. It can be round or square, with a magnification factor from 1.5× to 5.0×.
However, since you upload your own images of the board and cards to create a game, they can be made in any language you need.
If you wish to grant the right to host your game to other hosts, they must submit a corresponding application through the system. You manage this process personally in your account: you can both approve the request and deny access.
It is important to consider that to conduct game sessions, your hosts must have their own active subscription to the platform, which is paid by them separately.
After registration, the host must send a request for the right to host your game. You have full control over access to your materials: you can independently approve or reject each such request directly in your account.
Please note that to conduct game sessions, your hosts must have their own active subscription to the service. The subscription payment is made by the hosts independently according to their chosen plan.
— 10-day plan — this is a one-time payment. You pay once and get full access to the functionality for a fixed term. After 10 days, access stops, and no recurring charges occur.
— 1-month and 1-year plans — this is a subscription format. In this case, payment is deducted automatically every 30 days or 365 days.
Subscription management: You can cancel your subscription at any moment in your personal account. After cancellation, you will be able to use the platform until the end of the already paid period, and no further deduction of funds will occur.
This will allow you to fully understand the functionality and mechanics of the service before making a payment decision.
Refunds are possible only in cases where access was not provided due to technical reasons on our side, and provided that you have not yet started the actual use of the functionality.
Detailed legal information on this matter is also available on a separate refund policy page.
You personally will be able to start game sessions again only after payment and activation of the subscription.
Important: please note that deleting a game is an irreversible action. If you have previously granted the rights to host this game to other hosts, after its deletion they will also lose the ability to start game sessions.
