Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Is the platform suitable for my game (transformational, psychological, coaching, corporate, etc.)?
Yes, absolutely. The panorama.games platform is designed as a universal builder suitable for any field: from professional psychological and coaching tools to corporate training, astrological, or entertainment games.

You can implement a game of any structure if it is based on classic mechanics:

Game board: upload your own custom board of any complexity.

Cards and MAC: create an unlimited number of decks, including metaphorical associative cards (MAC), resource, or expert decks. Whether it’s a deep transformational game or a light entertainment quiz for a team, the platform’s toolkit adapts to your needs.

Tip: To personally see the functionality in action and test the mechanics, you can use the free DEMO game directly in your personal account.

What are the requirements for uploading game files?
For stable and smooth operation of your game in the browser, please follow these technical limits:
— 🗺️ Game board: Only one image can be uploaded (PNG/JPG format). Maximum file size — 20 MB.
— 🃏 Cards (Decks): Maximum size for each individual card file (PNG/JPG/GIF format) — 5 MB.
— ⚖️ Total volume: The total volume of all uploaded materials for one game must not exceed 200 MB.
What is needed to start working with the platform?
The preparation process depends on your role: whether you want to transfer your own game or host an existing one.

For authors (game owners):

Materials: Prepare images of the game board and cards in PNG or JPG formats.

Copyright: You must hold all copyrights for the content you upload to the platform.

Registration and application: Register on the site and submit an application to create a game. This is free and usually takes up to 5 business days.

Activation: After you accept the finished game in your account, choose and pay for a subscription for the desired period to start hosting games.

For hosts:

Game permission: To host a game online, you must have the appropriate permission or license from its Author.

Rights verification: If you are not yet a certified or authorized host of a specific game, we strongly advise you to register and apply for hosting rights from the author first.

Access payment: We recommend paying for platform access only after your hosting rights are confirmed.

What if I have multiple games?
It depends on whether you are creating games or hosting them:

For authors (own games): Within one subscription, you can host up to 3 of your own game projects on the platform. This is a limit specifically for creating and supporting your original developments.

For hosts: By paying for a subscription, you get access to all games that technically exist on the platform, provided their authors have given you personal permission (license) to host them.

Important for authors who are also hosts: If you are an author and simultaneously host games from other developers, the limit of 3 games does not apply to them. You have access to all the games on the platform for which you have received permission from other authors, on the same terms as regular hosts (in addition to your own 3 games).

Can the game be hosted from a phone or tablet?
To host the game, you can use a computer (laptop) or a tablet.

Since the game interface and the game board require a certain amount of space for comfortable management of elements (tokens, cards), hosting the game from a smartphone is not recommended. Tablets and computers provide the necessary screen size for the host’s full performance.

Do players see which cards I draw from the deck?
No, the process happens automatically. You or your client clicks on the deck, and the system automatically opens a random card from those uploaded during the game creation.

This ensures full transparency and a surprise effect for all participants.

Can players move their own tokens independently?
Yes, this possibility exists. The game can be conducted either via screen sharing or by sending a link to the client(s). In the second option, the player can independently move tokens, choose a card, and roll the dice. If there are multiple participants in the game, the host passes the turn to the next player.

In your personal account, you can configure permissions: whether a participant can independently move all elements during their turn, at any moment of the game, or if this right remains only with the host.

These settings can be adjusted individually for each game session.

How many players can be in the game room at once?
If players are actively participating in the game (independently moving tokens, opening cards, and rolling dice) — the recommended number is up to 8 participants.
The maximum number of players who can be in the game room simultaneously is 16 people.
Do players need to register on the platform to join the game?
No. To participate in the game, your clients just need to follow the link to the game session, enter their name, and choose a color for their token.

Then, the host personally confirms each participant’s entry into the game. This helps avoid unauthorized access if someone accidentally shared the link with another person.

What specific functionality is available on the platform?
The platform has a large number of settings for comfortable game hosting:

🎲 Dice: you can configure their number and choose the number of faces (from 6 to 20).

Timer: allows you to adjust the duration of time for which it is set.

🔍 Magnifier: an indispensable tool if there are small elements on the board. It helps to “zoom in” on text or images for convenient reading. It can be round or square, with a magnification factor from 1.5× to 5.0×.

Can I make changes to a game after it has already been created?
Yes. In your personal account, you can update all game elements at any time, for example, replace the game board or cards.
Is it possible to create games in different languages?
The platform interface is currently available exclusively in Ukrainian.

However, since you upload your own images of the board and cards to create a game, they can be made in any language you need.

Who has access to my game if I upload it to the platform?
After uploading the game, only you have access to it. Your author’s materials are protected and are not accessible to other users by default.

If you wish to grant the right to host your game to other hosts, they must submit a corresponding application through the system. You manage this process personally in your account: you can both approve the request and deny access.

It is important to consider that to conduct game sessions, your hosts must have their own active subscription to the platform, which is paid by them separately.

How to provide access to my hosts
In order for your online hosts to be able to host the game on the platform, they need to register using your individual link or a special code. Both of these tools can be found in your personal account.

After registration, the host must send a request for the right to host your game. You have full control over access to your materials: you can independently approve or reject each such request directly in your account.

Please note that to conduct game sessions, your hosts must have their own active subscription to the service. The subscription payment is made by the hosts independently according to their chosen plan.

Is this a subscription or a one-time payment?
The type of payment depends on your chosen pricing plan:

10-day plan — this is a one-time payment. You pay once and get full access to the functionality for a fixed term. After 10 days, access stops, and no recurring charges occur.

1-month and 1-year plans — this is a subscription format. In this case, payment is deducted automatically every 30 days or 365 days.

Subscription management: You can cancel your subscription at any moment in your personal account. After cancellation, you will be able to use the platform until the end of the already paid period, and no further deduction of funds will occur.

Is there a free trial period or a test account?
Yes, you can get acquainted with the platform through a free DEMO game.

This will allow you to fully understand the functionality and mechanics of the service before making a payment decision.

Can I get a refund if the service did not suit me?
We strongly recommend testing the platform through the DEMO game first, as payment is made for providing access to the service.

Refunds are possible only in cases where access was not provided due to technical reasons on our side, and provided that you have not yet started the actual use of the functionality.

Detailed legal information on this matter is also available on a separate refund policy page.

What will happen to my games if I don't renew my subscription on time?
Your uploaded games remain on the platform. If you have granted access to other hosts, they will be able to continue hosting games regardless of the status of your subscription.

You personally will be able to start game sessions again only after payment and activation of the subscription.

How can I delete my game from the platform?
You can do this yourself at any time through your personal account.

Important: please note that deleting a game is an irreversible action. If you have previously granted the rights to host this game to other hosts, after its deletion they will also lose the ability to start game sessions.
