1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of Users of the web service panorama.games (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), owned by Individual Entrepreneur Kravchenko Kateryna Oleksandrivna.

1.2. Using the Service means full acceptance of this Policy by the User.

1.3. The Provider ensures the protection of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data".

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

2.1. We collect data you provide during registration:

  • Last name, first name;

  • Email address;

  • Nickname.

2.2. We automatically collect technical data: IP address, browser type, cookie data, session duration.

2.3. Payment data (card number, expiration date) is processed directly by the payment service (WayForPay). The Provider does not store full details of your payment cards.

3. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

3.1. Personal data is used for:

  • Providing access to the Service functionality and User identification;

  • Technical support and communication;

  • Payment processing and financial reporting;

  • Sending service messages and (with consent) marketing mailings.

4. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

4.1. We do not transfer your data to third parties, except in cases of:

  • Ensuring transactions through payment systems (WayForPay);

  • Requirements of Ukrainian legislation upon lawful requests from government authorities;

  • Providing access to technical contractors (hosting providers) exclusively for the operation of the Service.

5.1. The Provider takes necessary technical measures (SSL encryption, restricted access) to protect data from loss or unauthorized access.

5.2. Data is stored for the entire duration of the User's account.

6. USER RIGHTS

6.1. You have the right to:

  • Know what data we process;

  • Request correction or deletion of your data;

  • Withdraw consent to data processing (this may result in termination of access to the Service).

  • 6.2. To delete data or withdraw consent, send an email to info@panorama.games.

7. COOKIES

7.1. We use cookies to improve the Service. You can disable them in your browser settings, but this may affect the availability of some features.

8. CHANGES TO THE POLICY

8.1. The Provider has the right to update this Policy. The new version takes effect from the moment of its publication on the panorama.games website.
